Thank goodness for the Richmond Falcon Cam. Watching the peregrine falcons lay eggs, incubate them for over 30 days through cold and rain, and now rear one chick is tonic for the soul during this of uncertainty and worry. The wildlife biologist at Virginia DGIF do a tremendous job of monitoring their behavior and explaining what is happening at the nest in a regular blog. Peregrine Falcons are indeed fascinating. You will wonder what thoughts are behind those intense dark eyes.
